After a very disappointing experience at another Omega retailer, I was honestly close to giving up on purchasing my first luxury watch. I had visited the other store three separate times trying to give them my business, but each visit left me feeling unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. Thankfully, I decided to visit this store, and the experience could not have been more different. From the moment I walked in, Jessica and the entire staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. There was no pressure—just outstanding customer service and a sincere desire to make the experience special. As a first-time luxury watch buyer, that meant a lot. Because of the exceptional treatment I received, I not only purchased my Omega watch but also bought a pair of three-carat diamond earrings for my wife. I came into the store on Friday, I was only intending to look at the watches. After being greeted by Jessica, I was given a second to none experience - she let me try on different watches, compare models, and find the right watch for me. After spending time going through all of my options, I ultimately left happy with my first Omega! Great in store experience and incredible post-purchase experience. Jessica even sent a personalised card, I would definitely recommend!
